Requirements Engineer- Combat Systems, DOORS.
A Requirements Engineer with Combat Systems and DOORS experience is required to work on a six month with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Dorset.
This is a 6 month contract with a leading defence client.
Overview of the Requirements Engineer contract role.
The requirements engineer will report to the requirements and acceptance functional lead and undertake requirements and acceptances activities on Combat Systems programmes as directed.
Key skills required for the Requirements Engineer.
The successful candidate will have extensive requirements and acceptance experience using DOORS on Defence Programmes.
- Experience in the use of DOORS.
- Thorough understanding of requirements management and acceptance.
- Requirements databases & tools.
- Self motivation and enthusiasm for problem solving and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Definition of technical requirements and test causes.
The role is based in Weymouth, Dorset - commutable from Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Blandford Forum, Bere Regis, Bovington, Sherborne, Yeovil, Crewkerne, Honiton, Axminster, Lyme Regis and Bridport.
