Description
Our Client is currently looking for an embedded Software Engineer for longer-term projects for our customers in Flanders (region Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven and Herentals) we search experience for our offices in Herentals and Ghent embedded software engineers.You will work with other team members in the development of embedded software for complex high-tech products in the field of consumer electronics, telecommunications, automotive or mechanical engineering. You are involved in every step of the software development team and with your co-responsible for the requirements, analysis, design, implementation, review, testing and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- You followed the relevant training ing., Ir. Or master level
- You have at least 3 years relevant experience in technical (embedded) software development
- You are strong in C (and / or C ++) in an (embedded) Linux or RTOS environment
- You are quality conscious and have good testing skills
- You communicate in both Dutch and English
The ideal candidate has experience
- Linux development in user space and / or kernel space (device drivers)
- Real-time operating systems such as VxWorks, RTEMS, eCos, ...
- Telecom applications (TCP / IP, WiFi, VOIP, LTE TTCN ...)
- SW development methods and techniques (Real-time, UML, RUP, Agile / Scrum, ...)
- OOA / D (C ++, STL, Boost, Python ...)
- Multi-threaded Applications
- Version control systems
- Video standards (DVB-S / T / C, streaming: MPEG-2/4, ...)
