Description

My client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their team in Dublin as an Infrastructure Logistics Coordinator as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Own work tracking within TIA on key advisory and demand tasks.

  • Report of tracking and progress of TIA demand related activity

  • Report of TIA SLA on providing feasibility activity.

  • Collaborate with the Demand management and Supplier Management Teams to deliver costs and help kick off activity.

  • For new projects, help engage early in the development process, broker communication.

  • Support solution integration by leveraging our multi-partner technology delivery model.

  • Assist the Vendor management team

  • Maintain an understanding of TIA, and all sub areas, to enable routing to most appropriate staff.

  • Recording and tracking requests and create monthly management reporting

  • Escalating issues and risks

  • Aid in maintaining a master repository of infrastructure artefacts

  • Aid knowledge transfer and sharing across teams both within TIA, and the wider company community

  • Contribute to system and process development to improve and add value

Requirements:

Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Architecture practice, principles of Business analysis, requirements definition, SLAs and cost evaluation.

  • Experience of managing time and coordinating groups of people and activities

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology discipline
