Description

For our end clients we are looking for a JIRA Support Engineer

The Support Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting applications including multiple instances of JIRA, other tools in the Atlassian Suite and other tools managed by the Engineering Support team. Main focus will be managing JIRA projects, boards and workflows, advising internal customers how they can get most out of the tools.

- Experience with JIRA workflow, custom fields and contexts
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA
- At least basic knowledge of Java or Groovy Scripting languages
- Customer service skills
- Experience with Linux/Unix.
- Scrum master certification (pre)
- English proficiency

Start: ASAP
Duration: 9 months+
Location: Amsterdam
