Direct Marketing Executive, Oxford, c25KThis Christian charitable organisation based near Oxford are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive, ideally with some direct marketing experience to join the team on a temporary basis, whilst recruiting for this role permanently.
Due to the charity being a Christian organisation, they do need this Marketing Executive to be a practising Christian.
Project Management
- Working with the Direct Marketing Manager and other members of the Marketing Team, deliver direct marketing mailings
- Using project management best practice
- Scheduling, briefing, budget management, research, change control reviews and results analysis
- Build strong relationships with the suppliers and in-house teams and ensure that direct marketing adheres to brand guidelines and policies
Data Management
- Understand the company database, data management and insight
- Produce databriefs and analysise records for accurate supporter selections
- Support delivery of direct marketing mailing
- Record estimates and process invoices to ensure costs are recorded acuurately
- Co-ordiante supplier and end of project review meetings
- Manage data results and produce reports
Production Management
- Produce print and mailing instructions to ensure accuracy of each mailing
- Provide a clear brief for suppliers
- Manage stock levels of mailing collateral
