Informatics Project ManagerContract Length: 6 months
Day rate: £350pd - £400pd

Project Details; Informatics/ Information Project Manager required for a 6 month contract role in North East to work within a major NHS trust.
The role will be to oversee an ambitious modernisation programme to improve service to patients. This modernisation will implement a number of interim and long-term information and IT solutions.
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of managing projects in structured environment to NHS standard
- Successfully introduced new or updated IM&T systems
- Specialist knowledge in all aspects of application implementation and change management
- Able to deal with staff performance and disciplinary issues
- Prince 2 foundation
DESIRABLE:
- Good understanding of business process re-engineering principles
- Knowledge of NHS Plan and Modernisation agenda
- ITL foundation qualification
Your role is to manage a small team of specialists as well as providing matrix-management of project staff, working with a high budget.
