Video Systems EngineerA leading Operator is running multiple migration projects and is looking to hire freelance professionals to handle the extra work load. The project is due to run for 14 months and they are looking for consultants to start within the next 3 weeks.
Location: Amsterdam
Rate: 70€ - 80€ an hour
Key Skills
- MSc degree in IT or Telecommunications
- More than 5 years of experience as an architect role in IT or DTV/IPTV environment.
- The working knowledge of: Service Oriented Architecture and ESB Web 2.0 and Web Services Technologies IP Networking Unix/Linux Proven track record of active technical participation in engineering projects.
- Good interpersonal skills are essential
- Must be willing and able to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and technologies Must have excellent interpersonal skills, to maintain and develop effective working relationships with other peers
- Must have excellent problem solving skills and attention for detail
- Must be proactive, with a desire to continuously improve system solutions, documentation and process & procedures.
- Must be able to work under pressure and be prepared to work outside normal working hours when necessary.
