Description

Job Title: Marketing Analyst III - PA

Pay rate: $34.50/hr - $41.50/hr on w2 without benefits

Location: Murrysville, PA

Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of digital E-commerce experience, specifically E-commerce/eTrade web site management, content management, project management and digital marketing.

Description:

Specific expertise is expected to identify digital opportunities and apply best practice digital marketing, E-commerce/eTrade digital marketing strategy and planning, work with marketing and marcom in the business, oversee the deployment of digital/E-commerce marketing programs, provide hands-on project management where needed and drive the usage of digital marketing within BG/BIU with the available tools and capabilities.

The E-commerce digital manager is the bridge between the business and the digital organization and will be a front-runner of digital innovation within your specific responsibility:

  • Web and mobile marketing capabilities
  • Traffic generation capabilities (email, search, online advertising)
  • Social capabilities (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Program management
  • measurement
  • CRM
  • Lead generation

Education:

  • BA/BS in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology (with a proper understanding of Marketing).
  • Digital experience within a Healthcare/B2B environment is a plus.
  • In depth experience with one or more of the following; SEO/SEM, email marketing, E-commerce, social media, mobile marketing.
  • Must be an imaginative, enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to delivering measurable results and a proven ability to manage projects to successful completion. Fun, creative professional, excited about web technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively influence others in multiple groups to achieve specific goals. The ideal candidate must be a team player.
  • Solid knowledge of Internet technologies including those involving content management, web analytics, search engine marketing, email marketing, web site usability, etc.
  • Must be structured, organized, proactive and able to work independently with little day-to-day direction.
  • Drive digital projects for BG/BIU from initiation through delivery within the targets and objectives set with internal customers in order to achieve defined success metrics in coordination with the Healthcare digital strategy and the associated activities and initiatives.
