Description
A MySQL DBA required to support on-going project work for a major Leeds based client.
You will have excellent MySQL skills ideally with exposure to technologies such as Percona. You will have experience in clustering and replication techniques as well as other DBA tasks such as performing backups, restores, performance tuning etc. experience with Linux//Unix is also required
You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of MySQL databases and will responsible for maximising performance. You will assist in production problems; assist in introduction of new monitoring procedures as well as being involved in designing future MySQL architecture.
