I.T and Automation Programme Lead

One of the world's leading biotechnology companies requires a experienced Automation and IT Systems Programme Manager for their major new Drug Substance project in Ireland

Starting on a part time basis building up to full time from September onwards, this is an initial 12 month contract with scope to see the project through for 2- 3 years.

This is a fantastic senior position, taking second in command on the Automation, I T function on this major start up from inception.

• You will take overall ownership and programme lead responsibility for the following aspects of the projects: MES. BAS/BMS, I&C, Automation, IT infrastructure with a number of Project Managers reporting directly into you.
• You will be responsible for Programme Management Support to the Programme owner/Director.
• You will manage periodic schedule updates and weekly EVA repowering.
• Colle Regular status reports for review by the system owner.
• Provides input to project Finance on project spend and forecast on a monthly basis.

Experience required

• Start-up projects experience
• Knowledge and background in Automation/IT systems in a GMP environment
• Bulk drug substance environment experience is ideal.
