Enterprise Architect - European Commission - Brussels
For one of our projects at the European Institutions in Brussels, we are urgently looking for an Enterprise Architect.
Main tasks:
- Architecture and design of new information systems.
- Review of the architecture of existing systems
- Design of component architecture and building blocks
- Assistance with the implementation of the architecture
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the analysts.
For this role you need to have experience in:
- In depth knowledge of enterprise architecture
- In depth knowledge of software design and modelling, including modelling tools (e.g. UML)
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus)
- Technical writing and production of software architecture documents
- The technologies involved will be Java, J2EE, JSP, XML/XSL/XSLT, Javascript, CSS, UML and RDBMS (Oracle) - excellent understanding of all concepts a must.
- Very good knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP)

- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect
Languages:
Fluent in English and French is an asset
