Senior Cisco Unified Communications EngineerIraq - 28/28 rotation
Currently looking for a Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to have experience of working in a remote, multinational location with strict HSE standards and limited access to support resources.
Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation and support of Unified Communications and Collaboration Infrastructure. This includes centralised CUCM and CUC clusters for over 2300 users, spread over 50 remote locations, via VSAT [satellite] and Microwave Network connectivity, with SRST redundancy. Multiple TELES iGATE GSM gateways provide Iraqi PSTN access, and SIP Trunks over VSAT, to an ITSP, provide Rest of World PSTN.
Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer also to support the client's Cisco VCS environment with CiscoTandberg endpoints and Cyviz Collaboration suites, also a Cisco Immersive TelePresence Suite registered with the AT&T cloud via VSAT.
In addition, the role involves project managing new voice deployments and infrastructure upgrades/expansions, as well as conducting structured training with local Iraqi staff to aid them in supporting the environment.
Senior Cisco Unified Communication Engineer must have experience in designing, deploying and supporting large scale, business critical and high availability UC environments.
