Your tasks:
- 2nd and 3rd Level support for data analysis, statistical analysis applications and document management solution
- General user support and consulting in English and German
- Handling of operational issues of applications in cooperation with users and the IT team
- Requirements engineering and implementation with external partners
- Adaptation and configuration of the system/applications
- Testing and rollout of new software releases on Windows platforms (clients and servers)
Your qualifications
- Profound hands-on experience on Windows platforms (Windows 8, Windows Server 2012)
- Solid experience with SQL on MS SQLServer and Oracle
- Solid know how C++
- Know-how in statistical analysis tools (e.g. Cornerstone , JMP, Statistica)
- Install Shield know-how
- Experience with .NET/C# programming
- Experience with semi-conductor electrical test data
- Solid communication skills in English and German
- Excellent problem solving skills
