Description
Our client, an international company specialized in the pharmaceutical industry and located in Switzerland is in the need of an IT Project Manager. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project. It will begin ASAP until January 2016.Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level
- Preparation of W7 roll-out (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, roll-out concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
- Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
- Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
- Support of IT Manager Schaffhausen
- Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
- Keep IT Department web up to date
- Communications
- Other administrative tasks
- General IT Support
- Act as backup for local maintained applications
- Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Schaffhausen
- IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up
The technical profile requirements are:
- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment
- Project Management skills, analytical and structured thinking
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Languages: German and English fluent
