IT IS MANDATORY THAT the GIS Business AnalystHOLDS VALID CTC CLEARANCE and has at least 3 years of experience as a GIS Business Analyst with ESRI GIS and spacial databases. You will be working closely with Government Agricultural / Rural Payments business and IT in the new delivery of Business Analysis and Requirements Documents for the delivery of new GIS Mapping Software.
