Voice Consultant (UCCE/UCCX)- 12 Months Contract
- UK wide travel required for installs
- £350/£550 p/d dependant on experience
My client is a provider or network and server support based in the North West.
They have recently won a tender who means they are actively recruiting for an UCCE/UCCX Voice contractors to fill this requirement.
The Role:
- Responsible for providing the technical skills to support our customers both onsite and remotely
- On a day to day basis, designing, implementing and supporting Cisco IVR solutions
- Cisco VXML scripting including Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE)
- Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (Unified CVP)
- Remote and onsite fault troubleshooting, facilitating customer solution changes and other project based installs.

- UCCE
- Web / Email Intregration V7/V8 to V10
- CUIC Cisco Unifed Intelligence Centre
- Reporting / Statistics
The Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and solution specification transferring customer requirements into Cisco UCCE call routing/scripting and configuration design
- Post-sales support and monitoring of customer IVR and Cisco Telephony solutions
- Review and feedback on customer specified solutions for compliance to best practice
- Complete project and scope documentation to allow customer quotation and project scoping - Installation of projects focused around Cisco Voice and contact centre solutions
- Creation and completion of customer UAT testing plans for IVR and voice solutions
- Customer familiarisation and handover training
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for UCCE
Length: 6 Months
Location: UK Wide
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
