Web Infrastructure Engineer (WebSphere, UNIX Scripting, KSH, Perl & Jython)
We are seeking a Web Infrastructure Engineer who has excellent experience with (WebSphere, UNIX Scripting, KSH, and Perl & Jython). This is a long-term assignment mostly located in Brussels.
We require someone who has a good command of the English language.
Most important skills: WAS, WebSphere performance experience, Scripting language (ksh, Perl, jython), UNIX, Linux, Incident follow-up and ownership, can work independently, be able to work under pressure

Web Infrastructure operational support

Preparation and coordination of large infrastructure changes with impact on several domains

Participate regularly in on-call and standby activities (the person should be motivated to do this)

Day to day incident follow-up

Follow-up and coordination of recurrent infrastructure activities (f.e. problem tasks, infrastructure releases, LCM, Infrastructure projects, migration projects, )

Represent team during several meetings

Able to support organisation on shift and potential weekend support
