Key skills
>Knowledge of business administration, business informatics or computer science at university level to analyze and improve service processes related to ICT.
> Knowledge of methods and techniques for IT management, especially ITIL, within large organizations.
> Knowledge of the organization and services of GIS, its suppliers and customers in IJmuiden, and of the organization and services of IT Supply, its international suppliers and customers worldwide, primarily in the UK.
