Cyeberteam are we looking for senior and experienced test manager with a proven track record of being involved in complex DWH testing activities together with new test strategy implementations.

The resource should have vast amount of hands-on test management experience through the entire development life cycle in a DWH area. A hand on experience is required. We like the consultant to be a driving force implementing our new method of testing.
The person should be familiar working in a complex environment with multiple streams cross multiple internal organisations, utilizing internal/external resources from different cultures and companies. The resource shall have experience from water fall approaches as well as more agile testing methodologies. Hands on experience from converting business, functional and NFR requirements to test cases and supporting and educating business in these activities will be daily activity.
Areas which we see resource should be covering with a proven track record:
-Planning and following up on daily testing activities while at the same time contributing in continuous test improvements.
- SQL/Teradata/Knowledge of testing a Data warehouse
-Requirements & Test review/audit
- Experience in documenting and understanding current test processes and procedures
- Hands-on experience in test design test execution & test reporting
- Creating Test Plans including estimates & staffing
- Being a test ambassador for new test method implementation activities
- Bank & Finance Experience
We see that the resource should be having at least 8+ years of experience working with IT project, 4+ years working as IT Test Manager, preferably ISTQB practitioner.
The environment in which the person will operate in will be one with rapid initial progress having a fair amount of uncertainty.
The person should have proven track record of working with V-models, HP QC (ALM), IEEE 829 Standard for Software Test Documentation, ISTQB Software Testing Terms and be familiar with ISO 9126 Standard for Software Quality Attributes and BS 7925-2 Standards for Software Component Testing. In order to succeed in the role it is important that you are located in Stockholm, due to close interactions with stakeholders.
