Description
This position is a 6 month plus contract - most likely go long term. It will be IT support for security and finance applications.
Required:
Provide technical application support primarily for Courion Password System and in-house developed Security Applications, but may be involved in support of other applications within the team
Experience with C# and Java application support Good interpersonal skills capable of working in a team environment and as an individual
Good understanding of Technical Support responsibilities.
Experience with C# and Java
Perform hands-on technical tasks as required.
Effectively work independently and as a team member, with a high-level of self-motivation and ability to set and meet goals
Good written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of Technical Support and high regards for Customer support.
Desired:
ETL and WebMethods knowledge.
Experience using Remedy for logging requests/resolutions.
Local candidates preferred. Must be able to work w-2 hourly only.
