*Information Security Steward - Consultant, CISSP, Information Security Steward, Stakeholder, Nottingham- 3 months*

A large Financial Services organisation based in Nottingham require an Information Security Steward - Consultant with CISSP Qualification and strong, consistant Info Security stewardship, stakeholder and influencing skills.

Essential:

*Experience working in an Information Security Stewardship/IT Audit position
*CISSP qualification
*Ability to influence key stakeholders including business unit Managing Directors
*Excellent leadership, coordination, motivation, negotiation, influencing and dispute resolution skills
*You will be a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work both on your own and within groups
*Ability to identify and closely manage dependencies across the portfolio of projects and activities within the function
*Ability to leverage a wide network of contacts to achieve objectives

Desirable:

*CISA qualification
*Experience working for a global organisation
*Knowledge and experience of working in a PCI DSS and/or FCA regulated environment

Key Responsibilities

*Accountable for leading activities to ensure that the CS business is compliant with Global Security policy
*Potential to manage and lead a small team of Information Security professionals
*Driving the importance of compliance to Global Security policy across the team's leading by example
*Drive and coordination of annual reviews of core business products and processes against Global Security policy
*Responsible for setting rules, approving and monitoring logical access to core data and systems and performing periodic access reviews
*Responsible for working with project teams to ensure that Global Security policy compliant solutions are delivered
*Responsible for ensuring application and infrastructure security testing is completed in line with Global Security policy requirements
*Leading the business response to Information Security incidents and managing all key stakeholders
*Leading the CS business activities to drive Information Security training and awareness
*Preparation and circulation of monthly Information Security Management reporting
*Accountable for leading activities to ensure that the CS business unit is compliant with Business Continuity policy
