Are you a talented Go Developer with exposure to a LAMP environment? A very successful startup in the Financial Technology sector are looking to recruit a Golang Developer to continue building a small but highly multi-threaded application. The Developer will to join their existing team of five PHP Full Stack Developers on an initial 1 month contract basis.
This business provide a range of new investment and mortgage products for their ever increasing customer base. Launched in 2012 and backed by a major Private Equity firm, they have exploded and have been expanding very quickly (they have grown from 20 to 60+ employees in the last year alone!). They have just opened up great new tech offices in Basingstoke (already have one in the City of London).
Skills required:
+ Go programming language - this is critical
+ Full LAMP stack
Nice to have:
+ Experience with AngularJS (experience with building API centric applications in AngularJS would be an advantage)
+ Agile practices
+ An appreciation for TDD and Continuous Deployment
+ RequireJS
+ Amazon Web Services - this company are heavily invested in cloud based solutions.
+ A love of Burritos!
