Description
GIS Functional Analyst (GIS Consultant/Geographical Information Systems Expert), fluent in Dutch (essential) to work on long-term freelance contract:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Designs and maintains the functional design of an application or platform
- Cross checks the design with the Architect
- Translates the business requirement into a document usable for developers
- Is the glue between end-user and development team
- Responsible for the design and maintenance of the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)
- Responsible for the functional test and quality control of the solution
- Support to business & development teams when they have functional questions about the development
- Some Experience with SQL/PL/SQL (Oracle) and GIS Systems (Esri)
- Functional experience with Asset Management or Telecom is a plus
Language: Dutch is mandatory
