My client based in Amsterdam, Then Netherlands, requires an English speaking SAP Success Factors Consultant (LMS) for a 6 month contract.

Learning management Administrator/Support Consultant (HCM solutions from Successfactors, a SAP company)

SuccessFactors is an enterprise function that supports the client in identifying, developing and leveraging the best talent at the right time to support the profitable growth of the business.

The Learning management administrator will design, develop and deliver innovative blended learning solutions for its business partners. They will manage the learning management system (LMS) including making configuration changes, updating core data and troubleshooting.

You will also assist in other SuccessFactors modules like Performance Management, Succession Management and Analytics. All these modules are blended in with LMS.

Education/experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or other related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with learning and development support for international organizations.
- Minimum 2 year experience working with LMS application providing learning administration support and developing learning content to meet cross-functional business user needs
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with learning authoring tools (Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captive) developing and utilizing SCORM/AICC files.
- Strong verbal, listening, written communication skills (English is a must, preferably Dutch, German of French)
- Strong skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Strong customer focus and peer relationships - Must be able to gain the respect and confidence of internal customers, with strong attention to detail and reliable focus on internal customer concerns and deadlines.
- Ability to create accurate, validated reporting for business decision making
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in time-sensitive situations with great attention to details
- Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problem with minimal direction
- Demonstrates strong project management and analytical skills.
- Experience with HCM solutions from Successfactors is highly recommended.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide first response issue support to HR administrators utilizing the LMS (priority), Performance and Succession module.
- Troubleshoot the company LMS application production support issues, designing solutions for issues, opening and managing cases with the company.
- Documents the company LMS issues and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Works closely with the business to ensure gathered learning business requirements and functional specifications are complete and capable of supporting the implementation of any design changes.
- Conducts a quarterly LMS system functionality configuration upgrades for approved system changes.
- Develops and executes testing plans for any system changes or enhancements with documented outcomes.
- Ensures data integrity in the system and addresses any issues with LMS users
- Executes project timelines and communicates progress updates
- Evaluates and provides guidance on business processes and develop process improvements
- Provides adhoc reporting support on Learning Management metrics utilizing the companies
LMS application
- Works safely with confidential employee data and strictly adheres to data privacy policies.

Languages:
Must speak fluent English
Dutch, French or German is highly desired.
