QA Lead will be responsible for all aspects of QA within their assigned projects. They will directly supervise the staff assigned to their projects. They will provide testing schedules, level of effort estimates, status reports as well as overseeing all project deliverables including the design and execution of test cases. They are expected to work with Business Analysts, Developers, Subject Matter Experts and other project stakeholders to thoroughly understand and verify that application software correctly implements business requirements and technical specifications.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years experience Quality Assurance
- Experience supervising or managing one or more QA Analysts
- Assist in the on-going development and implementation of QA policies and procedures
- Experience with documentation of test results
- Familiarity with MS XP, Windows 2000, MS Office and MS Project
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance Methodology from development through test to production
- Evaluate and enhance test processes to improve overall product quality
- Experience with bug tracking software and detail reporting of defects
