Our Client wishes to offshore several of its activities and needs to verify whether these offshoring projects are compliant with:
- Legal data protection requirements
- Contractual obligations of our client
For the second track, the major contracts of our client should be scrutinized in this respect, compliance issues should be flagged and mitigating action plan should be set out and executed.
Activity name: Contract Management
Activity description:
- Analyze all major contracts on requirements related to offshoring
- Build a structured report of all requirements of the major contracts in this respect
- Identify the gap between the contractual requirements and the principle of offshoring
- Describe actions to attain full compliance
- Draft documentation necessary to execute the actions to attain compliance
- Track execution of the action items
