Description
We are currently looking for a SharePoint System Engineer for one of our clients based in Belgium for a long term opportunity in a dynamic project.
The skills and experience that we are looking for is as follows:
- Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 application hosting, including high-availability and performances considerations, administrative Scripting, troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Windows Server systems (2008,2012)
- Understanding of other web infrastructure devices, like load-balancers, reverse proxies, authentication proxies, ...
- Knowledge of .NET Framework is an asset
- Knowledge of SQL Server is an asset
- Infrastructure design and engineering skills.
- Fluent English (French or Dutch is a plus).
The project outline and details are as follows:
- Analyse existing hosting infrastructure, propose innovations and document the target solution
- Control change implementation
- Together with the Solution Architects, analyse Business requests in terms of new SharePoint hosting or .NET on IIS, and translate them into a Detailed Level Design
- Propose optimal solutions, based on the best industry standards
