Finance Analyst

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst for an exciting 6 month contract with a pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge.

This role will involve aspects of business partnering as the Senior Finance Analyst will be liaising with senior stakeholders across EMEA and the rest of the world to collate Month End reports.

The client is looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.

Essential Duties and Job Functions

• Responsible for the support and maintenance of the company's financial information
• Oversee customer support for the users of these systems and ensure that processing and reporting requirements are met
• Works closely with the systems users to identify and resolve transaction processing challenges
• Accountable for meeting project deadlines and objectives
• Works with minimal supervision to meet deliverables

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Highly experienced within business partnering and great commercial knowledge
• Experience with Hyperion Applications and Oracle ERP would be beneficial
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus
• Experience in multi-national organization a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Essbase
• Possess a great deal of flexibility and adaptability as the demands of the business grow and evolve
• Proficient in multiple aspects of accounting and finance
• Complete proficiency in the management and refinement of financial systems, business processes, and data base structures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are a must
