SAS DWH Functional Consultant
Our client is a very large IT outsourcing organisation with over $ 300 million turnover with global presence. They are in need of Functional DWH consultants with following requirements.
1. Context of the mission
In the context of a project to develop and extend a DWH based on SAS we are looking for an experienced technical analyst with good knowledge of Mainframe and Cobol technologies.
In our day to day activities we work closely with the business. We capture the requirements for data analysis, we describe and model data, we design the solution to have a good fit with the requirements, we set-up the solution basis for data analysis and support the business during their analysis.

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Dutch or French with a passive knowledge of the of the language

7. Objective of the job
- Translating business requirements into technical analysis documents
- Design and maintain the enterprise data model according to the enterprise architecture principle of Customer
- Support and collaborate with the off-shore development team for the successful implementation of the required reports
- Prepare & Execute the necessary test cases based on the requirements to meet the expected quality.
- Ensure the follow-up of day-to-day processes (monitoring)
- Assisting the project manager for project planning and follow-up
- Designing the different data patrimonies and keep it coherent in the time
- Ensuring the respect of the Customer functional and technical design standards.
