What You Will Be Doing
*Coach teams to resolve conflict, remove impediments, and meet output targets
*Support Engineering and Product teams in developing, maintaining and grooming the Product Backlog
*Facilitate and provide coaching related to Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint and Release Planning, Product Demonstrations and Sprint Retrospectives
*Drive cross-functional team deliverables, setting and administering schedules and managing assigned projects according to plan
*Regularly document impact of programs and communicate to senior management
*Measure, troubleshoot and optimize workflow and communications processes
What You Need for this Position
*Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles and practices with an ability to blend them together based on current project requirements
*Strong leadership, motivation and facilitation skills
*CSM (Certified Scrum Master) required, PMI-ACP preferred
*Demonstrable experience successfully leading varied and diverse teams
*Ability to understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps
*Administrative-level experience with commercial bug-tracking tools
*Strong advocate who can push agenda persuasively with staff, managerial and executive stakeholders
*Experience managing web development projects
