Scrum Master - Digital Transformation - Agile Transformation
Scrum Master required to join a cross-functional scrum team working on a high performance digital transformation program within the financial industry. You will join a large team, building, designing and ensuring the user experience (UX), on a variety of platforms, are appealing, intuitive and easy to use.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 1-2 Scrum Teams
- Facilitate planning, retrospective and demo's
- Ensure the Product Backlog is managed and always in a good state
- Maintain performance metric and ensure constant performance within the team
- Coach and mentor team, stakeholders, advocating and promoting the process
Essential:
- 4+ years of working in or leading a Scrum team
- Proven ability in delivering projects
- A good understanding of the software development process
- Understanding of scalability and high-volume/high transaction applications
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Excellent presentation skills
