GIS Developer with CTC Clearance required for my client based in Aberystwyth . IT IS MANDATORY THAT the GIS Developer HOLDS VALID CTC CLEARANCE and has at least 3 years of experience with GIS Development using ESRI ArcObjects, ESRI ArcGIS 10, .NET development, VB.NET and C#. You will be developing around GIS, ESRI Stack - both fresh development as well as revamping Legacy software.
