Overview
Global Purchasing and Cost Management (GPCM) strategically operate within Deutsche Bank to source; purchase, control and monitor spend across the vertical business units. The Human Resources (HR) category of GPCM addresses both the global management of temporary and permanent recruitment vendors into Deutsche Bank, but also the consumption of roles and deliveries within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
You will support the implementation of sourcing activities that will optimise Deutsche Bank's total cost ownership for the HR assigned spend category. You will assess potential supply management opportunities and develop cost reduction strategies and implementation plans.
- Executing and supporting the development of category based sourcing processes for assessing and fulfilling current and future sourcing needs and consumption management processes.
- Developing management information (MI) reporting for business services category manager and key stakeholders.
- Supporting sourcing deals, driving the supplier selection for key sourcing events.
- Managing and delivering of monthly reporting and analytics to the GPCM category team.
- Supporting the development of data capture and report generation processes with internal expense management system teams and external vendors.
- Assisting with data mining, trending and saves validation activities.
- Assisting with ad-hoc opportunity analytics.
You will have:
- Strong MI and dashboard development skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders, experience of working with senior executives.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Project structure knowledge and experience of contract reviews.
- Procurement or purchasing process knowledge.
You will be:
- Able to decipher large volumes of data and consolidate into a concise message with root cause analysis support.
- A team player, able to work with virtual and global teams and on own initiative when required.
- Capable of working within a fast paced environment.
