Performance Engineer, Applications Lifecycle Management, Performance testing, Linux, Luxembourg, French
My Luxembourg based client has an urgent requirement for a performance engineer with good knowledge of testing and ALM as well as Linux and SQL.
Tasks:
- Installation of application software in test environment
- Review, analyse & execute technical acceptance criteria.
- Perform performance test using specific performance tools.
- Perform recovery test as Crash recovery, disaster recovery, cluster test, etc...
- Monitor Performance activity.
- Close monitoring of technical test management activities using a specific solution as Application life cycle Management.
- Support development in issues investigation
- Log and follow-up technical issues and liaise with Development and Infrastructure Departments
- Support production people during roll-out in Production & give clear technical recommendations.
- Provide clear, regular and consistent reporting to other members of the team
- Identify process improvements, tasks automation, testing tools development
- Installation of application software in test environment
- Review & analyse ALM acceptance criteria.
- Define & develop ALM Customisation for Requirement & Defect management.
- Prepare ALM prototype for a specific project.
- Monitor ALM activity.
- Support development in issues investigation
- Log and follow-up technical issues and liaise with Development and Infrastructure Departments
- Support production people during roll-out in Production & give clear technical recommendations.
- Provide clear, regular and consistent reporting to other members of the team

Skills/profile:
Good Linux knowledge
Good SQL knowledge
Experience in Performance will be considered as an added value Good command of English.
Knowledge of French (not mandatory)
