IT Support L3 Retail Services

Our client is a large IT outsourcing organisation with over $300 million turnover annually. They are in need of IT L3 support consultants for their customer team based in Barcelona Spain. Please find details below.
Purpose:
Be the local technical point of contact for customers and partners and local vendors in the areas of Retail and Data Exchange.
Provide L3 support & business liaison for Retail services in local languages where ever possible.
Description:
Speaks the local languages as well as English. They should act as a team and be ready to assist and support each other as well as be backup resources for each other.
Liaison/coordination:
- Communicate/act as liaison between different business units and multiple external partners, master franchisees and wholesale EDI key accounts.
- Gather requirements on IT issues/changes triggered by the EDI key accounts
- IT knowledge (including EDI) with good understanding of business functions (retail, buyers, wholesale, distribution and finance)
- Coordinate the local vendors for new initiatives, new requests and support activities.
- Local project management
L3 support includes but not limited to:
- Coordinate and be point of escalation for all Retail store technology support during all store hours.
- Support store opening, closing, stock takes and retrofits
- Support the integration between LS&Co. internal applications and external vendors.
- After-hours support and follow up is required for P1/P2 incidents.
- Liaison for L1/L2 support to local stores
Located in the following sites but supporting entire North, Central and South clusters:
- Paris (Languages - French, English)
- Barcelona or Milan (Languages - Spanish, Italian, English)
- Brussels (Languages - English, German if possible)
