Description

We are currently seeking a high-calibre Support Specialist to begin work for a client of ours, a prominent financial services agency based in Wembley, on a permanent basis.

Your role will be to:

- Log and take ownership of Incidents, Problems and Changes into the Service Desk for commercial production related issues
- Provide 1st/2nd line technical support on workstations, laptops, applications, printers and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain the order management process and keep all related documents filed and organized
- Provide System Administration on workstation/server OS servers, ADS administration as well as maintaining successful backups and WSUS for servers and workstations

You must have technical experience with:

- Windows Operating Systems (XP/Windows 7, Windows , Anti-Virus software, MS Office , Remote Access Tools and VPN
- SharePoint, Citrix, XEN Server, VMware, Symantec Backup Exec
- Active Directory (DNS, DHCP)

The soft skills you must possess:

- Communication
- Flexible
- Independent worker
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
