VENDOR ANALYST - CONTRACT - BASED IN BROMLEY
Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit a Vendor Analyst to join their Global Wholesale Banking Operations division to be based in their offices in Bromley, Kent.
Overview:
This role will assist in the management of Third Party Partners and/or Financial Market Utilities which includes ongoing monitoring through critical KPI scorecards, periodic reviews with partner and key stakeholders to discuss issues, performance and to ensure actions are addressed, annual assessments with Partners to ensure adherence to regulations and to ensure the appropriateness of continuing the relationship.
Good opportunity for Graduate candidates who are looking for a Analyst position within a Global Investment Bank. All graduate candidates will require Microsoft Office skills and demonstrable experience of strong communication skills.
Key skills for a Vendor Analyst:
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products (including Excel and PowerPoint).
*Proven analytical and reporting skills
*Ideally experience in Expense Management.
Responsibilities of a Vendor Analyst:
*Support the management of external relationships on behalf of the Bank and work within the team that acts as a point of escalation for numerous lines of business and operational departments
*Obtain strong regulatory, compliance and risk understanding in terms of the appointment and management of third parties
*Learn and develop skills related to third party management and the requirements to reduce risk across the bank
*Work with groups across lines of business to achieve common goals
*Support the Governance Routines required to manage Third Party Processes/Relationships
