Description

I am looking for an Oracle SOA BPM Architect, minimum 12-14 years of experience or multiple projects executed with deep knowledge in Oracle BPM platform for a 6 months project in Copenhagen - Denmark.   • Must have capacity to influence, foster the relationship with client seniormgmt & architecture board profiles quickly
  • Must be able to swiftly react to the engagement ergonomics and bag the opportunities
  • Must have experienced in interacting with CxO level stakeholders
  • Must be able to do the detailed Architecture design
  • Must be able to own the architecture completely & contribute to the solution roadmap
  • Must be able to support Program and Project Management streams in estimation and planning of solution building activities
  • Must be able to provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation, review work of the development team
  • Must be able to own the development life cycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
  • Must be able to contribute into the design and bring in best in class coding practices
  • Exposure to two or more enterprise technologies - ERP, CRM, BPM, EAI, DW/BI, SOA etc.
  • Good at Enterprise level technologies, such as ESB, Workflow, Rules Engine, etc
  • Should have developed solutions based on SOA, OSB architecture
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools
  • Experience in business case preparation and prioritization
  • Excellent Presentation skills (Written and verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing and documenting detailed architecture design; owns the architecture completely & contribute to the solution roadmap
  • Identify, analyze and recommend improvements in system architecture and dependent applications
  • Implement solution architecture by building components across applications & maintain technical integrity
  • Support Program and Project Management streams in estimation and planning of solution building activities
  • Review work of development team and provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from analysis phase through implementation
  • Responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
  • Recommend best practices to customers and help with implementation planning for various project releases, deployments, roll backs etc.

Key Skills

  • Proficient in application development and maintenance with a strong background on the BPM platform
  • Tools & technologies - Oracle Service Bus, Oracle SOA Suite; Oracle BPM; Web services, SOAP UI, Groovy, SOA, Middleware, Java Enterprise architecture
  • BPMN v1.2, OBPM v11g,12c, OSB, SVN, Maven, Eclipse, BAM Dashboards +weblogic, soupUI, BPM administration
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and tools such as Maven, Ant, Subversion, Hudson
  • Experience in business case preparation and prioritization
  • Experience in interacting with CxO level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Need to have played a customer interfacing role in the previous engagements
