Post Go Live Application Maintenance, User Support in Oracle E-business Suite EBS PO/INV
Responsibilities
* First line support of novice and experienced users in an Oracle E-business Suite environment
* Able to perform functional and technical analysis of an issue providing feedback and documentation
* Able to provide solutions and enhancements
* Able to create advanced SQL scripts for data checking and monitoring
* Able to customize and develop Concurrent programs, Forms, Reports, OAF screens
* Able to test and validate new customizations and read technical specifications.
* Apply knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within purchasing/inventory field
Experience/competencies required:
* The ideal candidate is experienced in an EBS R12 technical support environment
* Oracle E-business Suite PO, INV, Workflow and administration knowledge
* Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills
* SQL/PLSQL and Java Development experiences an asset.
* Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development experience.
* Motivated and able to learn quickly.
* Experienced in problem solving and documentation
* ADF and BI Publisher knowledge are a plus
