For our client in the manufacturing industry we are looking for a Windows Phone Developer

Our client is currently planning to create a Windows Phone app for two of their company owned products next to their existing iOS and Android applications which will be exposed next year on an international and prominent IT & Technology fair. The application will be released on this fair. The project scope consists of transferring and copying the 'look & feel' experience which they already have on the iOS and Android operating systems to Windows Phone. You will be charged with both the technical as the functional side of this mobile application development project. The reason to build an extra Windows Phone application next to iOS and Android smart phone running apps is to provide their clients a multiplatform solution, since our client has a lot of customers and users which IT and technical environments are running on Windows and Office. Therefore they want to make their two applications cross platform and more wireless compatible in the end as an extra option/solution. You will work closely with the current internal iOS and Android developer and on an occasional base you will be in touch with the offshore team in South East Asia which consist of 5 mobile application developers.
Skills:
- Thorough Windows Phone Development experience
- Solid development skills in C# and JSON
- Very good knowledge in HTML(5)/CSS, GUI and styling
- General operational knowledge on networking: TCP/UDP/IP and other common network protocols
- Hands-on expertise in Android and/or iOS development is a plus
- First working experience with multimedia or video applications is an extra asset
- Soft skills: you are an excellent assertive communicator who is able to show initiative and who is receptive to feedback/other ideas from the team
- Fluent English speaking is a must; Fluent in Dutch is nice-to-have
