The role of the Corporate Recruiter is to effectively source, screen and present qualified candidates to the managers in a proactive, timely, professional manner consistent with our values and culture. This role owns the candidate experience and ensures it is seamless and pleasant.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages internal and external recruiting partners by establishing successful relationships and conducting ongoing evaluations of this partnership
  • Effectively manages the recruiting process including meeting or exceeding establish metrics related to time to fill, agency spend, miss-hire rate, and cycle time
  • Delivers training to new managers on the recruitment process along with training and support on all recruiting tools & application tracking systems
  • Develops talent action plan with HR Director and each department head and manages to the plan
  • Ensures effective management of logistics for scheduling, travel, and debriefs
  • Proactively develops and maintains candidate pipeline of high volume and business critical roles
  • Develop relationships with target colleges and universities
  • Consistently maintains accurate recruiting and compliance reports
  • Drives the recruiting process with a sense of urgency and a bias for continuous process improvement
  • Ensures our interview and selection process is effectively deployed and adopted and managers are well trained in selecting the best people for the right roles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 + years of corporate recruiting experience with focus on full life cycle recruiting with a preference in the healthcare or healthcare services space
  • Detailed and results oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with regular changes in priorities and scope of work
  • Effectively plans and organizes work by setting goals, objectives, deadlines and using time effectively
  • Ability to deliver on business results and execute accordingly by taking initiative and making good decisions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work within a Matrix organization
