Description
A Senior Ab Initio Developer is required on a contractual basis for a leading Financial Services organisation. The Ab Initio Developer will be responsible for leading projects and teams, task allocation and management.
The ideal Ab Initio Developer will have:
- Excellent communication skills and will be responsible for working in Agile environments and customer interaction
- Experience working as a Team Lead
- Excellent Ab Initio design and development experience, with evidence of continuous Ab Initio development experience on your CV
- Knowledge of the Ab Initio toolset including GDE, EME, Data Profiler, Continuous Flows, Management Console to a minimum of v3.0
- Proven ability to integrate quickly within a project team and company
- Experience of development on AIX and/or Solaris operating systems
- Experience of development using Unix Shell Scripts
The Ab Initio Developer will also ideally have some knowledge and experience of IBM WebSphere MQ and some exposure to Message Broker and Data Power Experience of development with DB2.
