Voor een van onze klanten is Amoria Bond op zoek naar een functioneel beheerder. Onze klant is een nieuw project gestart ter bevordering van maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen.
De functioneel beheerder zal een belangrijke spil zijn tussen de projectmanager en de medior/junior functioneel beheerders. Daarnaast zal de functioneel beheerder ook regelmatig moeten schakelen met de ontwikkelaars, testers en architecten in het team.
Het doel van de functioneel beheerder is het contact met de klant en het doorspelen van de juiste informatie binnen en buiten de organisatie.
De functioneel beheerder zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het functioneel ontwerp, informatieanalyses, de informatievoorziening (automatisch en niet automatisch). Daarnaast is de functioneel beheerder verantwoordelijk voor de juiste oplevering van de functionele acceptatietesten, functionele eisen en gebruikers acceptatietesten.
Kennis van ITIL en ASL Beheerprocessen is gewenst. Daarnaast moet de functioneel beheerder ervaring hebben met bedrijfsprocessen, organisatiekunde, het opstellen van gebruikersdocumentatie en het coachen van medewerkers.
