If so, this might be the perfect role for you! A prestigious customer is looking for a French Service Delivery Manager to work on a 6 month contract.
The perfect candidate will have experiences and skills that fit within the role of a Contract Manager, as well as those that fit a Service Delivery Manager.

The skills/experiences that are needed to fit this role:
You will be responsible for achieving all that is specified and agreed in the contractual scope. You will also be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the contract and maintaining the customers quality/satisfaction level. You will need to be able to focus on the quality of services, productivity and planning costs. You need to be experienced in adapting contracts to fit the customers' business needs You will need to ensure and be a leader of the delivery of the operation meets the agreed performance and compliance level. You will also need to focus on profitability, upselling, expectation and risk management
Requirements:
You need to have a Master's degree or Have at least 8 years of experience working within IT At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service Management with ITIL processes. You will preferably have an ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
Beneficial Skills:
An ITIL v3 Service Manager certificate is definitely an asset
