We are looking for a Commercial IT Transformation Change / Communications Manager for our swiss pharma client

  • University Degree in PR, Communications or Marketing
  • 5 years minimum work experience in related communications, public relations or marketing experience (Information Technology communications experience preferred)
  • Experience in Corporate environment (multi-national, multiple business units)
  • Fluency in English required (communication in German/French highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology
  • Good journalistic writing skills
  • Clarity of key messages in written and verbal communications
  • Strategic and analytical thinking highly required to develop illustrative content
  • Key attributes: team oriented, customer and quality focused, results driven, pro-active, self-managed, strong work ethic, good influencing and negotiating skills.

Major Account Abilities:
  • Develop change management strategy and plan with the Commercial IT Transformation team for the Commercial IT Transformation Programme
  • Develop communications approach and plan with the Commercial IT Transformation team for the Commercial IT Transformation Programme
  • Develop effective communications materials to build awareness and understanding of the program strategy, plans, and projects within CIT teams, across all levels of the IT function, business customers and other key stakeholder groups including (but not limited to):

o Project and program communications

o Departmental/functional communications

o Educational/informative communications
  • Define and manage key communications channels, and maintain core materials including but not limited to, CIT reference materials, FAQs, intranet content, printed media, strategy presentations, etc.
  • Establish appropriate governance channels to review/approve the change and communications plan and communications content as appropriate
  • Establish stakeholder management processes and tracking across the Transformation Programme
  • Develop and implement appropriate feedback channels to allow CIT to track the impact of the programme across the CIT organisation and wider stakeholder groups (e.g. customer satisfaction surveys, post-communication follow ups etc.)
  • Request and coordinate inputs to communications across the CIT organisation as necessary
  • Support CIT Transformation Lead and Transformation LT in their interactions and communications with global CIT teams (e.g. workshops prep, meeting events, regular updates, help facilitate team conference calls)
  • Manage agency support for operational delivery of materials as required
  • Counsel and advise CIT Transformation Lead and CIT Transformation Team on all public relations matters, working with Head IT Communications, Divisional Communication Managers and Major program communicators
