My client require a skilled Front Office Support Specialist with strong Charles River and thinkFolio experience to join the team providing global support for their Front Office OMS services.
Key Skills:
- Expert Front End knowledge of Charles River OMS v8
- CRD database experience
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle
- Expert PL/SQL skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Unix Knowledge
- Full understanding of ITIL Service delivery
- Excellent MS-SQL knowledge
- Broad knowledge and experience in the investment management industry covering business processes and front to back IT systems under a dynamic regional environment
- Proven track record of defining support processes, driving implementation and making a difference in an investment banking IT environment
- Proven track record in a development or support role working under pressure to tight deadlines
- Proven ability to translate group standards and best practice into practical application locally, proposing creative solutions and driving implementation
- Proven ability to communicate effectively
Understanding of complex infrastructures and Front Office trading systems
