Description
French and Italian Service Desk Agent position is open at our client who is a prestigious multinational company who is operating a European Shared Service Centre in Dublin City centre. They are looking for new talents to their continuously growing team. The contract is 1 year initially.
The Service Desk Agent provides first level IT helpdesk support to customers assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or self serve portal. Must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Will troubleshoot and log all calls on the incident management system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
Working hours are predominantly between Monday to Friday, but some earlier starts or later finishes may be required. The relevant working experience is essential. We are waiting for candidates with relevant working experience only.

-Fluency in English and Italian and French (the suitable candidate has to be fluent in all 3 languages)
