On behalf of a Public sector organisation in Greater Manchester I am looking for a software developer for a an initial 9 month contract which may run longer.This position will suit someone who has 2 years+ commercial experience and would like to further their career by working on large systems and websites which are high profile & high traffic.
This role will involve working with an existing code base, adding functionality and improving efficiency.
Experience is .Net is needed, with jQuery, SQL and web forms being a bonus. Any public sector / Large system experience is also welcome, though not necessary.
Candidates need to have good communication skills and have the right to work in the UK.
Candidates need to be able to interview next week, with a view to start in the next three weeks.
