Customer Support Engineer Cricuit Core - Mobile Switching (CS Core 2G/3G)
- To cover Care and Project activities for customers in Romania.
- Sw upgrades, troubleshooting, technical consultancy on the area of competence to Customer, perform operations and maintenance activities, to participate in EMERGENCY rota call up and call out.
- Perform HW and SW extension on the network element of the area of competence
- Participate in all project and care related activities.
- NE (Network Elements) supported: DX MSS, IPA MGW, ATCA MSS, ATCA MGW.
- Ability to work night shifts.
Technical Competence Areas:
- CS Core area - DX MSS, IPA MGW, ATCA MSS, ATCA MGW.
May not be essential but consultant must be able to provide their own Laptop if expected.
