Communications Manager - Commercial Banking - Business Change - Finance

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Communications Manager to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role is to lead the development of internal communications strategy and related communications activity plans, key accountabilities include:

  • Work with Project teams to identify the colleague impacts of Change & which colleagues are involved at what stage
  • Ensuring all comms deliverables are accurate, timely and signed off by the appropriate stakeholders

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

  • Communication experience
  • Commercial Banking experience
  • Working in financial service clients and communications agency experience

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
